Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Crunch Sisters is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Crunch Sisters is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Product Quality During Transit
Our products are carefully prepared and packaged before shipment. Because our products are sensitive to temperature and humidity, texture may vary during shipping, especially during warmer months, colder temperatures, or extended transit times.
Factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, shipping delays, and humidity exposure, may affect the texture or appearance of the product. Minor changes in texture, crunchiness, or appearance that occur during transit do not qualify for refunds.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
We will review each claim on a case-by-case basis.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is offered, customers will receive pickup instructions once their order is ready.
