Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refund Requests
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us review your request, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
Refunds may be considered for:
• Incorrect items received
• Missing items
• Products that arrive damaged
• Significant quality issues that do not meet our intended standards
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds for:
• Personal taste preferences
• Texture preferences
• Minor variations in appearance, color, or texture
• Products affected by weather, humidity, or shipping conditions
• Orders that have been substantially consumed before an issue is reported
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
• Improper storage or handling after delivery
Product Variations
Because our products are handmade and food-based, slight variations may occur from batch to batch. Texture may also be affected by factors outside our control, including temperature, humidity, and transit conditions.
Refund Approval
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a refund is at our sole discretion. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
